The Pastors Bible School exists for the purpose of training nationals who have been called to the pastorate and desire to shepherd God's people in the remote villages of Malawi, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.  In-depth instruction, theological training, mentoring, and practical ministry experiences prepare students for a lifetime of pastoral ministry.   Graduating students represent a new generation of formally trained pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders for Finish Line Ministries International.

The Pastors Conference annually provides more than 400 Finish Line Ministries International pastors and church leaders with Bible doctrine and church leadership training. Armed with new insight, pastors and church leaders return to their remote villages throughout southeast Africa and implement advanced Bible teaching, evangelism, and discipleship initiatives within their Finish Line churches.
